ABSA idirect insurance

We have house insurance through ABSA and with all the rain and from old age one of our barrier walls fel over,we contacted our insurance -ABSA and was told the assessor would come out to have a look.Once the assessor was here al he did was looking for excuses on how this would not be covered by our insurance and gave false info through to the bank to decline our claim.Is there anything that can be done about this?
