Absa idirect insurance consultant review
I called to request for the review of my insurance installment, the consultant ( Lucia Mbanjwa) was helpful and guided me through the process, and was able to review and reduce my monthly installment, though I am generally happy with the review, I think the amount could be lessened based on my track record with idirect insurance, hence I am rating a 4 instead of a 5.
