Absa idirect insurance _ Bad service
Opened insurance, asked to take pictures. Sent numerous time, report keeps saying they haven't received all pictures, terrible service. Don't even know if I'm covered at this point though my policy is paying, canceling this insurance, idirect knows nothing about insurance,
