Absa Idirect insurance

Good day I would like to applaud Monique Harvey from absa Idirect insurance customer care for the excellent service. I recently took out an insurance plan with absa for my vehicle and had an issue with inception date of the policy and had a hard time trying to get in touch but Monique has really been a star by going the extra mile by sending me emails to assist me and also getting the sales agent to call me and ensure everything was done to my satisfaction. I would really recommend her service to anyone dealing with absa absolutely very friendly,compassionate,understanding and very efficient. Definitely a 10 out of 10 from me and hope that others in the department would take notes from her.
