Absa Idirect insurance

Why is it that the money one must get back for being loyal and claim free is such a struggle to get? I struggled to get my 3 year claim free money and now again? This is very poor. Are any other insurance company clients also struggling? When you phone them they always gives a date for payment but this date aalso pass with nothing happening
