Absa Idirect Insurance

I have called Absa idrect more 11 times to date to do a follow up on my claim as they advised that myhusband must call which he did and who so called didn't put in the claim. Myhusband was driving mycar and he got to an accident .explain to me how does one put a claim on a insurance is not his number1 and why is he being fooled when he calls by the claims department. I'm tired Absa idrect it's myfirst to claim this what happens.its the third day nothing is being done the last person I spoke to today was Thuli advising no claim was put.Yersterday Lebohang said he will call myhusband and Collins said he must claim .Kind Regards Avuye Valene ***
