Absa idirect False Repudiation instead of T-ruth

Our genuine storm damage leak Claim has been repudiated by Absa idirect.

This after the website lack.of clarity and information, very little feedback and refusal to accept an honest Claim.

One exception, excelpent service from one man in the Claims Department.

The initial Report, discussed telephonically, was never sent after numerous requests.

The Executive Management report sent after a month of ongoing storm damage different. Rreason given for repudiating the Claim is roof mortar in bad condition from wear and tear.
