Absa Idirect extended warranty overdebit

Absa Idirect is the worst when it comes to keeping their word. I have an extended warranty with absa idirect for my car and the debit oreder normally get debited with my car installment, so i finished paying for the warranty in March and i was overdebited for about 2 months. I have been trying to get my money back for months with no luck. They've been promising to call me and that they'll sort it, but they still haven't done a thing to resolve this matter.
