I had the pleasure of dealing with Schalk Hopkins who dealt with my case and kept me updated on every step of the process without me having to hound him for information.. I would highly recommend ABSA Idirect insurance as they stick to their word and don't try and reject your claim unnecessarily. I have been with them for more than 5 years now and will stay right where I am no matter what
