At the best of times I dislike doing any business via phonecall / call centers. Am super happy that I got the luck of the draw when being transferred to Jabulile Vilakazi! I needed to obtain a quote (and ultimately add) new items to our policy.
Jabulile is super efficient, very knowledgeable, fami**** with the system they work on (I even learned that indeed you can insure a wheelchair!!), friendly and a treat to speak with. Made my day!
