Absa Idirect disgraceful

I recently took out a policy with Absa Idirect. I afterwards wanted it cancelled. I phoned there number I was put through to there cancelation department. The phone rang a while and afterwards was just dropped. This is a utter disgrace of service. Im still trying to get this policy cancelled
