ABSA iDirect.

I have a car insurance with ABSA (idirect). I was in a car accident 2 weeks ago. All the assessments were done and the insurance company approved the claim, the lady that was assisting me with the claim said I should pay the March premium so that she can authorise the repairs. When paying for insurance we pay a month in advance, why must I first pay the March premium because the March premium was paid in February. I have only 2 more week with the courtesy car but the parts have not been ordered and they’re saying they can’t extend the rental car.

This is unacceptable.
