Absa Idirect: Compliment to Elsie
This review is as a result of Elsie Neo Tshomanane. I called Absa Idirect today to amend my policy due to new car purchases and removal of the old one and Elsie gave a great perspective about how i should look at and understand insurance. The premium was high and i had a better offer elsewhere, however, she managed to calmly educate me in line with my needs and affordability and at the end i still saw Absa Idirect as the best Insurer.
Keep up the good work Elsie.
