Absa Idirect car insurance

I was involved in a mechanical breakdown between polokwane and mokopane on Saturday afternoon, I was with my wife,my mother and my daughter. I called the insurance for assistance and ask if they can provide me with a car or any transportation to a safe place, they rep**** by saying they will only tow my car to the nearest dealership but with arranging transportation for my safety and my family they could not help me. I continued to plead with them to Arrange me any kind of transportation with extra costs but they insisted that I must make a plan. They didn't care about my safety and my family safety,I am paying them R1460.00 every monthly but all is nothing, they care about the car but not the owner of the car, they care about the safety of the car but about the safety of the owner/ customer. I am still shocked with their services. My sister had to drive and come to collect us, I am asking myself if I had no family member had a car, what could have happened to me and my family
