ABSA IDirect are ****mers
On the 26 th May my account was debited double the premium amount for my car insurance . I logged a complaint and they have not bothered to contact me. This is not the 1st time this has happened, a similar incident happened last year and they did the same thing. I'm now in the process of moving my vehicle finance loan from them.
