Absa IDIRECT AND ABSA DIRECT **** INSURANCE

I took car insurance with Absa , nonsense company who don’t pay claims and when you call they ignore your calls To make things worse month of April i was debited 4 times premiums for one car more than 7000 gone off my account They revesed the money but i had to pay for all the reversal charges in the mean time my other debit orders bounced but they don’t care

I got a call from their COO leroy munetsi promising to resolve this it was never resolved , as i am writting this, this month they went up and did 4 debit orders to the amount close to 9000

Again you call them they will tell you their managers dont speak to customers My bond, my car installment , kids will be put out if school for non payment

Again ABSA GROUP IS NONSENSE DONT EVEN TRY TO TAKE ANYTHING WITH THEM

They messing up with my bank account all of this debit orders reversed and not reversed i will reflect as a bad payer and also pay costs for the reversal

I REPEAT THIS IS A ****TY COMPANY AND THEY DONT CARE THEY COMMITING ***** IN MY ACCOUNT AND GETTING AWAY WITH IT
