Absa iDirect AMENDMENTS AND QUERIES.

Absa Insurance amendments department.

I do not know where to begin; when you call in you hold for at least 30-50min sometimes even longer. By the time you get through you have run out of airtime and it's not like their number is a tollfree number. Then they ask you to send an email if you cannot get through, I'm still waiting for responses to emails that I sent in November 2024. I was sent a ticket number and action wasn't taken. This has to be the most frustrating department. I have no words. I'm still trying to make amendments, I have some queries and I have to literally get myself in the right headspace to even dial the number.
