ABSA Idirect all pretenders and ****s!

I have recently posted on this platform and complained about ABSA Direct regarding a claim I wanted to submit. After this post I was contacted by ABSA Idirect Insurrance and was promised that they would look into my case. Guess what? Again, a week later, and we haven't heard or received a call, text or email from them. Rezona Louw who is a representative of the company promised swift action but NOTHING!!! We called. we begged to be put through to the correct department but NOTHING. Nobody cared enough but hey they want my monthly installment promptly and without any delay. This thing is no running for the third week in a row. It is starting to get ridiculous in the way they are treating their clients!
