ABSA Idirect

Hi I have a car insurance with Absaidirect, my car has been at the panel beater for almost 3 months NMS autobody in Polokwane, whenever i ask for updates i have been taken from pillar to post, I regret choosing Absa as my insurance do not make the same mistake I did, premiums are very high and service is bad, what makes it worse is that i am paying every month without my vehicle.
