ABSA IDirect - a bunch of ******.
I have just been looking through the reviews that this lousy insurance company has been getting and I wonder how they stay in business. I got my car repaired within a week privately after being kept 3 weeks without my vehicle. They even paid the storage and towing fees because they saved on the costs of the repairs. They are ******* who will look for any excuse not to pay, I am happy now, I got insurance with a better company.

21 Oct 2021, 10:50So after my comment, I received an e-mail from a lady named Basani who said that she would look into my claim. I called her and explained that I just needed a logical explanation for the repudiation of the claim as opposed to a refer to clause .... and .... which do not even exist in my policy schedule. She said that they have once again taken the matter up and would revert.
This was on the 9th of October. Almost 2 weeks have passed and still nothing. What's amazing s that these ****** are still advertizing on the radio. They are taking your money without offering you value...don't be a sucker!
