ABSA Idirect

I have only been with ABSA Idirect for the passed view months and I have decided to change over to another insurer. I called the call center and accidentally called the pothole division- Debbie helped me there and took down my details to get another consultant to call me. Debbie than called me back to give me another number. I spoke to Amanda in the retention department- she was absolutely brilliant. If I hadn't signed my new policy dealing with her would have made me stay with Idirect
