ABSA idirect

Claim number *** , It seems like the only way to get any assistance from ABSA idirect is through this website. My car was involved in an accident exactly 2 months ago, the claim was approved, now the problem is getting car parts, since ABSA only authorised second hand door, the panel beater have been struggling to get a 2nd hand door for my car, 2 weeks ago they requested ABSA to authorise a brand new door, they have been waiting for the response, I have been calling the call centre as well with no luck, it seems like the assessor is always busy, the more they keep the car the more I spend on Uber. I had enough with this insurance company honestly!
