Absa idect ignoring request to cancel cover and continues to debit account.

The Absa idirect service team is holding me and my money hostage. I have been calling the client service since 15th of March to have my cover cancelled and have also emailed them on amendments email address but they have chosen to ignore my request and continue to debit my bank account. When you call the customer service they insist the retentions team has to call back and we can't call them directly. Please refund my premiums as this is ***** now and cancel this cover.
