Absa I-direct. The best insurance company yet!

I always tend to jump on hello Peter when serious issues needs attention and to Inform other but not when companies are excellent. I have been a absa I direct client for many years and have had unfortunate incidents and with my last one the consultant came to my home to write the accident report and that personal touch was amazing, at the time I was in very bad shape within 48 hours my claim was completed and car was settled, and I received my payment. As I managed to get better slowly the consultant checked up on my health status every second day and when I purchased my new car they were there waiting to assist and never increased my premiums to such an extent that it tripples my insurance like the previous company I used, did. Thank you for making live a it easier.
