ABSA I-direct services are worst!!

I had since a policy with ABSA Idirect for a period of more than 5 years( Car and Household content). However after my initial experience i had, Im terrified how can i have trusted them for so long. This is what transpired; On the 13 March 2020 i had change of my cover as i was changing my Car and also i changed my debit date due to work changes beginning of March 2020. I was then advised that the changes will be effective and next payment will be on the 30 April(By Consultant Cassandra). Also the new amendment will be active 14 March 2020. It was explained that the monthly debit order will be double and will consist of Pro-Rata of both cars(New Car and old car that has been used as Trade In) with full payment of April Month, I accepted the offer and was issued with Certificate Of Cover. My problem started month end of April when there was no debit deduction for the car. I then made calls on the 4th May to follow up, to my amazement the Policy was cancelled due to bounced/Insufficient funds in my account. I then insisted that we should consult telephonic conversations to clarify the matter. Apparently my debit still reflected date of 15 of each Month even though i changed it to month end. I was advised that the policy has elapsed because it skipped for 3 Months, i.e 15 March,15 April and 15 May though it was only the 4th May. After much deliberations with the consultants we agreed that the debit will then be done within two days. However on the 7th still nothing was debited. I made follow up calls again(Consultant Lebo),same story which stated that the Policy was cancelled because of non-payment on the 15 of those previous months, Lebo called me again on the 08 to state that i will have to apply for new Policy as that old one is cancelled and i should now be referred to clients services. It was very traumatic experience, very stressful. I had been driving around in new Car without insurance and NO home cover.I mean if anything had happened to me how was i going to survive? I wrote numerous emails to clarify the matter but all fell in death ears. I saw this as a minor miss communications that could have been resolved in click of a button, but i was taken from pillar to post. I mean just to refer back on the tapes, and rectify and deduct so that the policy can be active? Im very disappointed in ABSA I-direct, it really painted blurry picture. My image is now dented. No response from Email communications. I have sent 3 emails now latest sent is to request TAPE RECORDINGS. .

I had call from Absa i-direct on the 21.05.2020 from Mr Lucky Khoza, for which i then requested the tapes as its my rights for which i advised that the policy can be cancelled. Mr Lucky Khoza requested the tapes on my behalf however till this day i haven't received anything. Service from ABSA idirect hasnt improved since my complain and i fail to understand what's holding them to assist me in this matter.Multiple Emails where also sent to request tapes but till this day none has been received. I'm still disappointed in this service rendered by ABSA Idirect.
