Absa I direct ******* service

If i could give Absa 0 stars i would. Never have i ever had service as bad as this. Alwa the say your case has been recorded and we wil get back to you. Thats i a lie because they NEVER EVER DO. I have been trying to cance with them for some time but every time i get to cancelation department the phone just goes quit. Absa is really bad and would motivate anyone not to use Absa iderect insurance.
