Absa I - direct is thd best insurance company in SA.

I had a claim with i direct in 2009 and the lady who was handling my claim was absolutely brilliant, she was professional yet kind and even csme to my home to finalise my claim, after hours husband waiting patiently for her. I updated my insurance policy on 25. 2.2020 and was assisted by a guy (yes i will name him) Sibusiso Ncongwane who was absolutely topnotch, friendly professional and it didn't feel as if you talking to a programed consultant but rather a friend, granted not a old friend, a new ine with alot of new energy. Thank you for your help Sibusiso - your are great. As for i-direct, you guys surely know how to pick them. Thank you for the wonderful experience, idirect makes a unbearable situation always light work and within a instant.
