Absa i Direct Insurance lack of service

Pitty there is no option for Zero stars. - Impossible to cancel insurance policy.

Have been trying to cancel my insurance nonstop. They don't answer their phones - (have held on for as long as 26min with no success.) Can you imagine if you had to phone from the scene of an accident????

Send two cancellation emails, also no luck. The only thing they can do successfully, is to debit your account. When selling your vehicle, the only option will be to continually reverse all the debit orders and eventually ask your bank to stop or block them from taking more money from your account.

Banks are very quick to give people negative credit score ratings for things like missed or failed debit orders. So, if you'd like to go through that, insure with ABSA
