Absa I direct home imsurance

Absa home insurance is a waste of time..... My roof leaker with these storms we had in November. In the meantime I fixed the top of the roof so that there would not be more damages. Today the 4th of April after waiting 4 months they said my claim was declined because there was no slips to proof that I fixed the roof myself. The inside of my roof is sagging more and more everyday and if I didn't fix the outside it would of collapsed by now. At leat I prevented that and didn't want them to pay me back for the repairs I did but to fix my seilimg sagging inside. They just throw out all the clause and find a way not to pay out. They are useless and ***********....
