ABSA I-DIRECT BAD SERVICE!

I’ve taken up vehicle insurance with ABSA I-Direct. This was the biggest mistake & I do not recommend this insurer to anybody!!!

You have to wait over 1 hour for a call centre agent to assist , then they transfer you from 1 department to the next!

Regarding cancellation these guys asked me to send them a letter which I did email then they continued to debit my account!

The agents are very rude & not helpful.

Please assist with my refund!
