Absa House insurance

I logged a claim for burst gyser and Absa assign someone to come fix it. Within two months I had the same issue I called a different plumber to fix the issue only to discover that the Absa plumbers used cheap materials. On my second claim My bathroom pipes were leaking caused demage to the wall. I called the plumbers they had to remove the bathtub to replace the bath trap pipe which had a hole. And replaced the toilet pipe. I submitted all the documents and Absa sent the inspector.
