Absolutely unsatisfactory service from ASBA homeowners' insurance. I tried to register a claim late last year without success. I followed the following options: 1. ABSA online 2. Online banking App 3. Call the 08600*** number 4. Email Hocclaimsupport No support or response to date 12 January 2023.
