Absa Home owners policy insurance.

I missed debit order last month for homeowners policy,due to insufficient funds in my account. I dully paid it on17/07/2022 into account. This month I was debited double. I asked for the other money to be reversed. R378.44 . I'm debited via my Capitec account to Absa. I've been given ref no's as well. I'm still waiting for it to be reversed so that I can buy some food to eat. Had excellent help from Dhaya the Branch manager, but Absa Hoc has still not returned my money. Reference no's will follow. I cannot get into them now Afraid I might loose this report.
