ABSA Home Owners Insurance Sibongile Malinga
I woke up to an error on my banking app pertaining my ABSA Home owners insurance policy cover amount, alarmed at the value on the app I called ABSA HOC insurance and I was greeted by a lovely lady by the name of Ms Sibongile Malinga. She calmly reassured me of the error on my profile by sending me correct updated policy documents. I haven’t heard a voice as calming as hers in a long time from a call centre agent.
She reinstated the trust which I have with ABSA, for the lovely and patient interaction which I had with her, I will definitely be referring my friends to have their home owners insurance with ABSA.
