ABSA HOME OWNERS INSURANCE IS TOTALLY ***********
Its been since 22 July 2022 when i reported a burst pipe in the kitchen wall behind the cupboard where the prep-bowl is situated. The cupboard kick boards are disintegrating now due to water seeping out from somewhere.
Twice the plumbers did inspection on my demand as the first time it was reported as no leak and second time again they said they cannot find a leak or burst pipe?
How is that possible as the water is coming from somewhere as there is a tap feeding the prep-bowl in the kitchen. We had the reverse osmosis system checked also and they cannot find fault with the system at all.
The only logical issue would be the water seeping from the wall as the cold water comes through the wall behind this cupboard to feed water to the tap at the prep bowl.
HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THEY CANNOT FIND THE PROBLEM
The cupboard kick board is totally damaged already!!!
WHAT A DISGRACE TO BE PAYING FOR HOME OWNERS INSURANCE WITHOUT ANY JOY??
Second issue: A burst geyser in the main bedroom. The contractors dropped the old geyser outside the house from the top of the double story house damaging the electric fencing - the contractors repaired the damages of the electric fence. The insurance was to inform us of the damages to the ceiling - THEY NEVER INFORMED US the ceiling is sagging in and our grand children stay in this house with a 2 year old still sleeping in mommy and daddy's bed. The ceiling is dangerously sagging little by little - this was reported as well on 2 occasions - I was told we will be informed what the amount is that will be paid our and we will get contractors in to repair the ceiling!!! This has not happened yet!!! I called again regarding the ceilings - I was then told - a contractor will be sent to assess the problem - STILL NO ANSWER ON ANY OF OUR QUERIES!!!!!

I have just spoken to my daughter now again.
She confirmed the fact that there was no water leak found by the Water system company named Water Pro Rustenburg.
We are waiting for another plumber to contact her tomorrow for another site visit, the 3rd.
The main bedroom ceiling;
My daughter has taken pics of the sagging ceiling and it's getting worse by the day. She just told me now the ceiling boards are cracking where it's fixed to the brandering however the rest of the ceiling is sagging rapidly now.
I am afraid for the safety of my children and grand children frequently in the main bedroom with their parents. Should the ceiling drop and anyone gets hurt or worse ABSA will have a civil case on hand without a doubt.
When I called in July about the ceiling sagging I was informed that the contractor reported it and a cash payout was to be paid to cover costs of replacing or fixing the ceiling, this was a while ago already even before I called however it was never done and I had to call to find out what is going on. This tells me they were aware of the problem and it seems as if someone must have stood on the ceilings accidently hence reporting it.
Today was the 3rd time calling regarding the ceiling and the water in the kitchen.
