Absa home owners insurance

I was recently informed of an extremely high proposed premium increase. I queried this and was contacted by a consultant by the name of Brunell. She managed to circumvent this increase and even got it reduced with no alteration to the cover. This was home owners insurance. Very efficiently and professionally handled with an excellent outcome for me regarding the premium. Unfortunately I didn't get this ladies surname but thank you for the service. Keep it up!
