ABSA HOME OWNERS COVER

I have absa home owners cover. My tap pipe burst in my kitchen causing damage to cupboards and tiles lifting from water damage. Absa home owners cover have found every excuse not to repair damages. I have only claimed for a geyser previously and nothing else. They are quick to take your money and slow to to pay. Stay away from them. Very disappointed in them. *********** staff that have no clue when you explain something to them. I will be canceling my policy with them and be going over to naked insurance.
