ABSA HOME LOAN INSURANCE

What a shocking company to try and deal with.

Submitted 2 claims and submitted requested documentation. They sent an assessor who submitted his report. (The assessor was very efficient, thorough, and submitted his report the day after his visit)

Absolutely NO response or communication from ABSA since submitting the documentation. They do not reply to emails!

I even submitted a complaint on the ABSA complaints line. A few days later I received a telephone call from ABSA. After a few minutes the call was terminated and I have not heard from ABSA again.

I also sent an email to ABSA Home Loan complaining about their insurance division, but again no response was received.
