ABSA HOME INSURANCE-WORSE INSURANCE EVER

I have been with Absa Insurance since day one of purchasing a house.Since my stay with them - I only claimed twice from them.Lately I had another claim that they have just rejected.My claim is the following : My claim- We have a Cement Quarry close to our house - when they do their explosions it lifts the roof and ceilings and when it rains the roof leaks. In the interim I only replace a patch in two rooms because of water damage.Because of replacing the the rooms where it was leaking and its only two patches base on that I am being rejected.This is very unacceptable for me as a long standing client at Absa.I am considering now to leave this bad insurance of Absa,that dont care how they treat their clients.
