Absa Home Insurance - Poor Service

Once again Absa Insurance lives up to its poor reputation. Claim logged over a month ago. Received one reply saying they are assessing the claim. Followed up FOUR times post this and have not received ANY correspondence. Definitely will not be recommending Absa Home Insurance to anyone.
