Absa home insurance - pathetic!!!

I am extremely upset with my Absa home insurance.

we have logged a claim for water leaks that currently seeping through our ceiling cornice down our walls when it rains - builders were sent out to inspect and still to date no response from Absa . Today its storming ion cape town and water is seeping even worse causing damages to my build in cupbards and flooring.

I called the call centre this morning and apparently the claim is still being reviewed.

I have consent over my mother insurance and notes has been loaded on your system.

can I please request that you contact me urgently as the damages to my flooring and cupboards are getting worse.

I have taken photos of the currernt situation and I will take this matter further if I dont get a positive responce.
