ABSA Home insurance: No communication/Feedback on claim.

Logged a Claim with Absa Home insurance a week ago. Followed the respective process but until today have not received any feedback from any Absa representitive. I have escaladed the matter and send in numerous complaints too absa but are only met with useless reference numbers.

Absa home insurance is quick to deduct their premiums but dont care about service delivery when you need them. Needless to say i will be changing to a different home insurance once the claim has been finalised.
