Absa home insurance lack of communication

Good day I'd like to share a disturbing experience I ham having with absa home insurance . I reported a water leak in around September/October last year. Where absa appointed a service provider. The service provider reported no leak to absa. Despite my water account climbing 6 times over the last 3 months and my constant emails to absa I have had to response. I still have a water leak , my Meter runs when i close my water . Please contact me absa . ***
