ABSA Home insurance is a ****

They are just in the business of rejecting claims, they never take interest in their customers. Be wise, I’ve had this insurance for more than 5yrs and never claimed anything from you. I pay my premiums diligently every year for ABSA to give me the run around.

I feel ****med by absa, who take no interest in their customers but focus on printing money for their business through our payments. They don’t even take ownership of explaining in layman terms the reasons why they are not approving claims.

There is no internal escalation channel in the business to handle disputes, instead they put a “wall” which is a contact center managed by *********** people (not paying attention, noise in the background, ) this working from home is not helping.
