ABSA home insurance claim rejected

We have been paying building insurance with ABSA for almost 10 years now and when our wall collapsed after the floods in Centurion we made a claim only to be told the premium will be increasing.. oh and by the way the claim will be rejected as the assessor determined it was the flowers and foliage next to the wall that made it collapsed. The water that flooded the area up to one meter high had nothing to do with it. When we requested another assessor or opinion be given to determine the cause they just refused. They are robbing people and being unfair with pay outs. Why have insurance with ABSA if they will just make up excuses not to pay out? What is the use paying them money at all? Very dissatisfied customer, feeling cheated and done in by a insurer that has the audacity to increase premiums while refusing to assist with repairs when insurance are needed the most. I would not recommend this service provider to anyone.
