ABSA HOC - Waste of time

****** GATE - Absa insurance find this to not be a viable claim even if you have a case open of theft as there isn't any signs of forced entry (that's due to them taking the flippen thing). Assessors make up their own stories as to what they feel happened and that's what the insurance goes with even if you have proof of otherwise. And FYI malicious damage to property is not covered under insurance either even with a broken window showing forced entry and damaged garage doors. Great one Absa, pay the premiums yearly so you have your money once off yet my claim isn't valid. Keeping in mind, no one calls you, you have to phone them every time and all this taking 3 months. Definitely won't be staying at Absa insurance, what a waste of time and money for no insurance.
