ABSA HOC is *********** customers!!!

Post CPT storm on May 11th, my house walls cracked. ABSA sent an *********** contractor named Just Domestic who says the crack wasn’t caused by the storm! The ****** imcompetent assessor made assumptions and basically questioned by integrity. If there was no storm, my house wall would not have cracked and ABSA HOC rejected my claim! Why would I claim a storm damage if there was no storm? Why would that silly contractor lie to me by saying ABSA will send an Engineer to assess then go behind my back to say there was no storm damage??? ABSA is a cruel bank who take their customer for a ride! They use cheap contractors too!
