ABSA HOC quick to take money but fails customers

Claim registered with ABSA HOC. Contactor went to view damage. ABSA failed to give feedback. I phoned the contractor. They may not give me feedback. ABSA fails to return my queries. In the meantime, my garage door can't open and cars can't go in and out. On 21 May, it will be one week since Claim was registered.
