ABSA HOC Insurance, not worthy of being a "Financial Services Provider"

ABSA Insurance has now corrected the address as previously reported, however, the appointed contractor that repaired the roof has done a poor job and the roof still leaks, the contractor was also paid cash for the excess amount. This has been on-going since 04 February 2022. I cannot understand that it takes so long for ABSA to get their act together. I have sent upwards of 15 e-mails to ABSA HOC Claims division and yet the ceilings are sagging and the roof continues to leak. It now seems that litigation is my only option, an avenue I am hesitant to explore, but come on, how much must one take before anyone at ABSA will get things done?
