On Monday last week lightning struck my residence and my lapa caught alight, so too damaging other electrical components such as my energizer and alarm system. Nkosi Grasdakke was appointed by ABSA to assess the damages and another service provider assigned to see to the electrical damage.

Long story short, we were knocked down cold last week as a result of the trauma.

I wish to send you this mail out of gratuity to thank Nkosi Grasdakke for the way they handled and treated my wife and myself. They spent time talking to us and making sure we were okay. They are amazing, the owner of Nkosi even took time out to call me to hear if we were okay. “Dankie Mev Bodestein” – I don’t think you realise how such a small gesture of care impacted us!!

The claims handlers, Thango Bomela and Phofedi Namethete who are both handling my claim at ABSA are extremely helpful, they explained the process and they are keeping me up-2-date on a daily basis.

You guys rock!!
